Vision, alignment, and orchestration... in service of real outcomes.

Building customer strategy

My work is to help leaders see the art of the possible… and build the organizational alignment needed to actually get there. Much of my experience comes from health and life sciences, where the mission and stakes make clarity, trust, and execution especially important. Cloud and AI make this moment different, but technology creates value only when it serves the people and strategy behind it. I see AI as augmentation: a way to extend human capability without outsourcing judgment, ownership, or dignity.

The three-part rhythm

1

Co-build the vision

Start with the customer's actual problem and ambition. Bring in the perspective of the people who will use and depend on what we build. Work together (not at them) to connect user, operational, financial, and technology priorities, then stretch: not just toward what's achievable today, but toward what this organization could actually become.

2

Build the alignment

A vision that lives in one person's head is just a thought. Bring together the people who use, fund, operate, build, and lead... and don't leave until each of them owns a piece of what comes next. That creates not just alignment, but cross-organizational commitment.

3

Orchestrate architecture and delivery

Enterprise transformation involves a lot of moving parts: architects, engineering teams, AI and security specialists, partners, ISVs, and the broader account team. Each brings real capability. Each has their own priorities. My job is to guide the technical architecture and make delivery orchestration the connective tissue: one design that everyone builds toward, so the customer and their users experience a coherent strategy and a team that moves as one... not five different agendas evolving in the same room.

What leaders can expect from me

✓ Direct conversation

I'll tell you what I see. The challenging parts too. Because you can plan around truth.

✓ Your business, not the product list

We start with your strategy. The technology serves it, not the other way around.

✓ Real transformation leadership

I'm not just here to deliver projects. I'm here to help you move the organization through change.

✓ Trusted advisor, long view first

Sometimes that means recommending you go slower (or faster), or take a different path. The relationship is measured in years, not quarters.

One line: I help leadership teams see the strategy, keep people at the center, build the alignment, and move the organization through transformation.
