I work with health and life sciences organizations at the intersection of cloud strategy, development, operational priorities, and the organizational change it takes to actually transform and add value to their organizations and people. That means sitting with the C-suite to build a transformation vision, and then working alongside the technical leaders and engineering teams who have to make it real.

Most of my work lives in the gap between the strategy deck and the actual outcome, and that gap is where the real job often is.

The short version: I help leaders in health and life sciences build a clear vision for where development operations, cloud, and AI can take them. Then I do what can be the often harder work of getting everyone in the room to believe it, own it, and move forward.
