Vision, alignment, and orchestration — in service of real outcomes.

Building customer strategy

My work is to help health and life sciences leaders see the art of the possible with cloud and AI — and then build the organizational alignment needed to actually get there.

The three-part rhythm

1

Co-build the vision

Start with the customer's actual problem and ambition. Work together (not at them) to shape a strategy that connects clinical, operational, and financial priorities to what's possible with cloud and AI.

2

Build the alignment

A vision that lives in one person's head is just a thought. Bring finance, operations, IT, and clinical leadership to the same table — and make sure each of them can see themselves in the plan.

3

Orchestrate delivery

Architects, partners, engineering, Microsoft specialists, internal stakeholders — pulled together so the customer sees one coherent strategy and one team, not five different agendas.

What a health and life sciences executive can expect from me

✓ Direct conversation

I'll tell you what I see. The hard parts first. Because you can plan around truth.

✓ Your business, not the product list

We start with your strategy. The technology serves it, not the other way around.

✓ Real transformation leadership

I'm not just here to deliver projects. I'm here to help you move the organization through change.

✓ Trusted advisor, long view first

Sometimes that means recommending you go slower, or take a different path. The relationship is measured in years, not quarters.

One line: I help your leadership team see the strategy, build the alignment, and move the organization through transformation — for the patient, the clinician, the CFO, and the next five years.
