Four pillars. One operating system.

What I stand for

No slogans… just four principles I work to uphold every day, especially under pressure and across differing perspectives.

The four pillars

Servant Leadership

Servant Leadership

The customer and the team come first. My job is to clear obstacles and build bridges, not to occupy the center. The win belongs to all of us.

Integrity & Truthfulness

Integrity & Truthfulness

I'd rather deliver an uncomfortable truth early than a comfortable story too late. You can plan around honesty. You can't plan around spin. Trust is foundational.

Dependability & Reliability

Dependability & Reliability

My commitments are real. If I said it, I'll do it. If the world changes, you'll hear it from me first. If the facts shift, I’ll tell you quickly. Reliability is a small word with a big outcome: durable trust.

Conviction with Humility

Conviction with Humility

Confident enough to advocate for the unpopular path when it’s necessary. Humble enough to listen first, ask challenging questions, and credit the people doing the great work. Lead with conviction, listen with humility.

The three practices on top

  • Challenging the status quo: I stay close to both customer needs and business / market signals. When the current approach will not deliver the desired outcome, I say so and bring a new path forward, not just critique.
  • Building consensus across factions: In health and life sciences, decisions involve scientific / clinical, operational, financial, IT, and executive voices. My role is to align those perspectives around a strategy each group can support.
  • Leading without authority: I drive outcomes across teams, business units, and partners without relying on org chart leverage. Clarity, trust, and shared purpose do the heavy lifting.

One line: Lead by serving. Tell the truth, even the hard parts. Build alignment without compromising vision. Do what you said. Stay humble. Keep getting better.
